Given the intimate nature of the product and for hygienic reasons we are unable to provide refunds on orders or purchases once worn. We strongly suggest you read the Find Your Fit guidelines prior to purchasing items.
If you wish to pursue an exchange please email us at email@example.com with the subject header "Exchange Request". Please include your order number as well as the description of the garment name, size and colour you wish to exchange. If you would like to learn more, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

For all other items
If you change your mind and we have not yet dispatched your goods, we will refund you by crediting the original card or account used to purchase the item(s). Cancellation is permitted if notified to us within 14 days.
Where goods have already been dispatched, they can be returned using an address chosen at a cost. For change of mind returns or an exchange, items must be unworn with the hangtags still attached accompanied by proof of payment. The packaging must not be damaged in any way for resale purposes. Enclose the item in an approved box or courier bag for mail delivery.
Note that we cannot be held responsible for you returning an item should loss or theft occur. Please ensure that you obtain additional insurance or use a signed for service for additional protection as the parcel will remain your responsibility until it reaches us.
We cannot process returns at factory outlet or resale stores. You must also create your return authorisation within 14 days of receiving your order. Items placed in a sale are final sale items.
What happens if my product is faulty?
Just FIT takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of premium quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem. Email us at email@example.com providing us a clear description of your problem. Images may be requested as proof.
Refunds, Cancellations or Exchanges (Approved)
Once your items are received by our team and approved that they are not marked or damage and as they were when they were delivered, you will receive a refund within 48 hours, minus shipping costs, to your original payment method. Either that, or you may receive an exchange for an alternative size/colour (subject to stock availability).
We do not offer price adjustments.
Who gets refunded if I return a gift?
The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
