As we’re all about the booty, we’ve decided to check out a few boutique classes in London that help strengthen both core and that gorgeous butt of yours.

 

Lovely and excitable ladies who use low-impact, cardio-infused Barre classes (and whoop whoops) to strengthen, lengthen and chisel your body to deliver fast, real results. Based in Marylebone, they offer taster deals to newbies to Barre. IG: @xtendbarrelondon

Nice guys at this Chelsea establishment, they make you work that butt using resistance bands for their signature Bondi Method (we’re telling you, mini loops bands make you burn!). Masters of the TRX they use body weight to help you work towards your goals. Time, dedication and patience, they use functional training to develop strength.
